Personality: Cold. Calculating. Callous. His desire for efficiency and order comes before all else. He is highly observant and can often be found people watching from a distance. While he will not dismiss those who approach, it is still wise not to expect a warm welcome.

Appearance: Neat. Tidy. Immaculate. Nary a thread will be found out of place on his well pressed garments. He favors ties, dress shirts, overcoats, slacks and dress shoes. He will never be seen in short sleeves or anything revealing for that matter. His hair is kept clean and trimmed, the style never changing.

The Hunter: Victor is an accomplished bounty hunter. These bounties can range from the capture or elimination of criminals to finding missing persons. His primary focus is hunting down Garlean war criminals. If your character has seen one, Victor will be interested in the information. If your character is one, run.

Mechanical Nuisance: Victor is fitted with magitek eyes, among other unusual installations. He is in constant need of tune-ups and repairs. If your character is an expert in this field then it will be easier to gain Victor's interest. The trust, however, will take time.

Family Legacy: The Ramio last name is notable and has history. Only those with strong, long term ties to Garlemald will understand the significance. Send me a tell for this information.

Information Overload: As a bounty hunter, Victor is always seeking information from any and all sources, regardless of the subject matter. Any knowledge is valuable to him as it could be useful later. He may be inclined to share information of his own, for the right price.

Well Dressed: Is your character a tailor or in connection to someone who is? It is a lot of work maintaining a fancy wardrobe like his own. He is in need of constant repairs, fittings, and new pieces. The job pays well if one can handle the lack of engaging conversations.

Keep Your Enemies Close: I am open to hostile and confrontational relationships between Victor and other characters. This could be a rivalry, a revenge arc, hatred from other Garlean's or Eorzean's, ect. Please discuss this with me OOCly first so proper rules and boundaries can be established.
